Welcome to Botomaze Academy. By creating an account or using botomazeacademy.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The service
Botomaze is an online marketplace where independent tutors offer live classes, recordings, written lessons, tests and certificates, and students buy individual courses or an all-access pass.
Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. Sharing access, class links or recordings is not allowed.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Payments
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Access starts once payment is confirmed.
- Passes and subscriptions give access for the period shown at purchase. Renewals add time on top.
- Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Live classes and recordings
Live class schedules are set by tutors and may occasionally change; you will be notified of changes. Recordings are available for the courses you have access to, for personal study only. Downloading, recording, copying or sharing class content is prohibited.
Tutors
Tutors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their courses and must hold the rights to the material they share. Botomaze may review, approve, hide or remove courses and accounts that breach these terms. Tutor earnings and payouts follow the terms agreed at onboarding.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no harassment, cheating in tests, uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to break security, or using bots to access the service.
Intellectual property
The Botomaze Academy name, logo and website belong to us. Course content belongs to its tutor. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use content you have paid for.
Certificates
Certificates are issued by tutors after reviewing your work. They confirm course completion on Botomaze and are not government-recognised qualifications unless stated.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant course or pass.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with a refund where our refund policy allows it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
